Who The Hell Is Beth Lily?

I'm discovering who I am every day, building and creating myself. I love cats, music, dancing, my friends, the outdoors.

I started writing at a young age, truth be told I couldn't even tell you what age. I wrote stories, had various websites and blogs that are still on the internet (never to be shared), and continued this into adulthood, through journals, other blogs, and both of my degrees. 

 Currently, I'm studying for a Master of Arts in Journalism, and finding that whilst it's extremely eye-opening, the modules don't allow me to express what I really want to write about.

Luckily, I'm no stranger to posting my thoughts, feelings, and business on my blog, so here we are.

The Daydream Diaries is my online journal of life, culture, travel, and arts, anything I've experienced or felt, whether it be organised or all over the place. Be warned, though, that some of the articles posted here were written years ago, and it shows. 

My twenties are destined to be full of adventure and experience; I hope you'll stick around to experience them with me and hopefully learn from my silly little mistakes as I do too.

My next adventure starts in three months when I move from rainy England to a small town in Thailand to teach English at a school and write all about the new people I meet and places I see.
